Individual events are available at a cost of £49.95 per person + VAT. If you wish to secure a place on 4 events these will be made available at a reduced cost of £175 per person + VAT when booked and paid for together.

Virtual CPD Event – Developing and managing yourself as a coach When you have been coaching for a while, it can be really useful to take stock and consider how you might want to develop as a coach in the future. Virtual Group Supervision The Association for Coaching believes that coaches should receive one hour of individual supervision for every 15 hours of coaching that they undertake and the EMCC recommend a minimum of 4 hours supervision per year. This virtual Group Supervision event will help you meet that requirement, and allows coaches to bring an issue relating to their coaching and get advice from all the other participants of the session (as well as experienced Azure coaches). Virtual CPD Event – Getting the most from one off coaching sessions More and more coaches are being asked to carry out ‘one off sessions these days, often in the interests of time and sometimes coachees not being prepared to commit for a series of coaching sessions. In this CPD session, we will consider whether these ‘one off’ sessions can work and what might coaches might need to do differently to ensure the required impact. Virtual CPD Event – Beginnings and endings in coaching and measuring impact If a coaching assignment is set up well, it can make a huge impact on the success of the whole assignment but all too often, we don’t feel the impact of a ‘poor beginning’ until well into the coaching process.
