Azure Consulting was formed in 2002, as a result of a partnership between Sue Alderson and Sharon Klein, who continue to own and work actively within the business.
The partnership was born out of a strong connection and shared values which continue to live and breathe today.
Sue and Sharon had previously run successful consulting and training businesses and Azure capitalises on their complementary skills and styles.
Over the years Azure has nurtured relationships with a variety of both private and public sector clients, all with performance improvement at the core of each assignment.
