I am an experienced, enthusiastic Coach and Mentor and have a background in public and private sectors. Whether I am supporting others through problematic issues, planning or simply looking for new ways of working, I have highly engaging professional and practical style which has been evident in my previous leadership and consulting roles with government and private sector organisations.
I have over 25 years’ experience as a Human Resources Advisor general manager and I am at ease working with colleagues at all levels within an organisation. I bring to coaching my extensive operational and managerial experience, delivering a sustainable formula for challenge and change. I am also a trained and experienced workplace mediator.
I have a Mediterranean family background and I love to spend time cooking and spending time socialising with family and friends. I have a passion for interior design and enjoy project managing house renovations and redesign work.
