Initial work to help create a Coaching Culture at Connect Housing through coaching skills programmes has been really well received and Azure facilitators have been hugely impressed with the level of skill developed by participant managers in a relatively short space of time. Directors have taken part in each programme together with Managers at all levels in the organisation.
At a time when the Housing Sector has received some difficult news from the government which will drastically reduce their income from rentals, the coaching skills being developed by Managers will be vital in helping to gain the most from each and every employee and volunteer. Connect are determined to support their Managers and employees over time to gain optimum levels of performance and ensure the organisation remains a great place to work.
