Whilst it is clear that the lockdown initially caused plenty of disruption to coaching relationships, many of you have been reporting that you have been throwing yourselves into coaching virtually. This is great to hear, especially as we think that coaches are very much needed right now!
With the expected rise in coaching activity over the next few months, if you are an accredited coach it’s incredibly important (for both you and your coachees) to remember to look after your own development as a coach. That’s why we are offering a full virtual CPD and Group Supervision programme for accredited coaches and mentors throughout the rest of 2020.
Group Supervision allows coaches to bring an issue relating to their coaching and get advice from all the other participants of the session (as well as experienced Azure coaches). Even if you don’t have an issue, simply joining in the discussions of other coaches’ issues provides invaluable learning, and will help you greatly when you experience a similar issue. Our coaching CPD sessions provide further learning on an interesting contemporary coaching-related topic.
Don’t worry if you haven’t yet finished your coaching and mentoring accreditation, or if you feel you haven’t done any coaching in a while. In fact, these sessions offer a great way of getting back in the coaching zone. The full programme is as follows:
- 14th Jul 1.30pm – 4pm – Supervision
- 29th Jul 10am – 12 noon – CPD (Helping Your Client to be More Resilient)
- 23rd Sep 2pm – 4pm – CPD (Handling Your Client’s Internal Imposter)
- 20th Oct 10am – 12.30pm – Supervision
- 17th Nov 10am – 12 noon – CPD (Helping Your Client Make Empowering Career Choices)
- 9th Dec 1.30pm – 4pm – Supervision
All sessions will cost £49.95 + VAT and will take place via Zoom, though you don’t need to download Zoom in order to join (you can access via your browser).
