We recently said goodbye to participants from our ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring programme, and we couldn’t be prouder! Participants from the legal sector, a computer services provider, publishing, professional services and design developed the skills and confidence to coach and mentor those in leadership positions. Some individuals wished to use these skills to support the leaders of their own organisations, some partook with a view to becoming a professional coach or mentor in the future, and others wanted to provide themselves with a nationally recognised qualification in order to provide an exceptional service to their own clients.
