Excellent Feedback from ILM Annual Visit

We would like to share some really positive feedback. ILM, the national provider of management training and qualifications, recently undertook their annual quality assurance inspection with Azure Consulting. As an ILM centre, we are required to ensure that our learning and assessment levels are of a high standard and our learners are receiving the best service possible.

We are pleased to say that following their inspection, we received a glowing report from the ILM! We were particularly proud of the feedback that we “provide both employers and learners with an exceptional service…ensuring a seamless journey that results in satisfaction and programme completion”. Our materials and resources were also said to be of an “excellent standard”. This feedback is particularly important to us, given that two of our organisational values are “Care – about individuals and the organisations they work in, and holding people accountable for the results achieved” and “Professional – providing quality, acting with integrity and going the extra mile”. We’re delighted to be recognised as offering a really high quality experience for all our learners.

We currently have three ILM programmes open to learners from any organisation:

Our Practical Leader Programme includes the option to undertake an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management. A couple of places remain available on this programme, which commences with Module 1 on 30th April. Click here for further information on the programme.
