Aimed at current or aspiring middle managers, team leaders or those wishing to develop their leadership and management skills, the Practical Leader Programme is a stimulating mix of module based learning, individual executive coaching, a 360° feedback exercise and a facilitated group learning set. The Practical Leader Programme also includes the opportunity to undertake the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.
