We are pleased to announce that the next Practical Leader Programme will begin again in October 2016. This comprehensive leadership programme is suitable for aspiring team leaders, supervisors, middle managers, project managers, department heads or those who wish to develop their skills and are keen to progress their career in leadership and management. The Practical Leader Programme also includes the option to undertake the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management.
Unlike run-of-the-mill leadership programmes, this programme includes 360° feedback and two individual coaching sessions to ensure learning is embedded. Though participants on the current cohort have not yet completed the programme (it is due to finish later this year), feedback has been very positive for individual sessions, with participants making huge advances in their individual development.
