A range of coaching, leadership and management qualifications accredited by the ILM

Coaching:

• ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching
  (3 day programme plus an induction, tutorial, review session and 6 hours of workplace coaching)
   
• ILM Level 3 Certificate in Workplace Coaching
  (As above but with an additional 30 hours of workplace coaching)
   
• ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring in Management
  (5 day programme plus an induction, tutorial time, supervision, 12 hours of workplace coaching and a review session.)
   

Leadership & Management:

• ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
   
• ILM Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management
   
• ILM Level 4 Award in Management
  (5 Modules spread over 5 days, plus an induction, tutorial time and a review session.)
   
• ILM Level 5 Award in Management
  (6 Modules spread over 8 days, plus an induction, tutorial time and a review session.)
   
• ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management Skills
  (12 Modules spread over 15 days attendance, plus an induction, 360 degree feedback exercise and tutorial time.)
   
• ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership
  (2 Modules spread over 3 days plus an induction, 360 feedback exercise and tutorial time.)
   
• ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership
  (3 Modules spread over 4 days, plus an induction, 360 degree feedback exercise, tutorial sessions, participation in action learning sets and a review session.)
   

We are also able to offer customised programmes that are endorsed by the ILM for which all participants receive an ILM certificate.
