Azure to Deliver Top Teams Workshops

Azure has been chosen as one of the partner organisations who will design and deliver Top Team Workshops for small businesses (less than 250 employees) across Yorkshire and Humberside.
If you wish to access a grant to support the cost of the training of your Top Team, the workshops will help you:
The workshops are designed to help your Top Team:
- to identify the key challenges you’ll face in the next 3 years;
- to agree the main priorities for the business, and to identify the barriers you’ll need to overcome;
- to develop strategies to address those barriers;
- to find the kind of resources and the people you’ll need to succeed;
- to agree the changes you’ll need to introduce to ensure your future success;
- to develop your people and create a realistic Action Plan which you can take forward.
