WHAT IS THE FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAMME?
Action Halifax works with a range of management development consultants to provide short intensive management and leadership training programmes using a very practical and down to earth style which focuses on real issues.
The Level 4 Award in Management covers ‘understanding the role of the manager’ and ‘developing practical management skills’ such as effective communication, managing under-performance and time management. The Award in Management Level 4 is a nationally recognised qualification that is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Some additional self/home study will be required.
