Sharon Klein - Director
Sharon has been a Human Resources Consultant and Facilitator for over 15 years. She also has ‘hands on’ operational management experience in various service organisations prior to this role.Her ability to quickly get to grips with each client’s situation has brought Azure many loyal clients from different sectors of industry and in various sizes of organisation from the smaller growing business to the large multi-national. She is comfortable working at all levels in an organisation from the Board of Directors, implementing major change programmes, to leading discussion groups with more senior members of staff.
