Martin Carver
Martin began his career in Finance, becoming Head of Management Accounts for Norwich Union before moving into Training and Leadership development.He progressed from Training Manager to University Manager for Prudential undertaking Organisational Development activities. He has extensive experience as a Management Consultant and Facilitator working for various organisations in the UK, Asia and South Africa.
