Angela Lambert-Dowell, Consultant
Angela is a highly skilled Consultant, Facilitator and Coach. She has considerable experience working in the Financial Sector as a Learning and Development Consultant and in a number of other Operational "hands on" roles.
Angela has the ability to consult and coach at all business levels and has over 20 years commercial and leadership experience.

Angela has a BA Honours Degree in Business Management, a Diploma in Management Development and a Diploma in Performance Coaching. She is a member and Certified trainer for the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Certified trainer for the Chartered Management Institute and Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development. Angela specialises in the design and delivery of development interventions and the use of Coaching of individuals to increase performance, motivation and wellbeing in the workplace.
Angela is a registered provider of MBTI psychometrics, an NLP Certified Practitioner, and a qualified teacher of Adults.
