Angela Lambert-Dowell

Angela has been a Consultant and Facilitator for over 10 years. She has considerable experience working for the Barclays Group as a learning and Development Consultant and in a number of other Operational, ‘hands on’ roles.

Angela has the ability to consult and coach at all business levels and has over 20 years commercial and leadership experience.


Her expertise covers the following areas:

Angela specialises in the design and delivery of development interventions which increase performance, motivation and wellbeing in the workplace.

Angela is also a registered provider of MBTI psychometrics, NLP Certified Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
